I've been competing for over 12 years, over half of those at the Elite level. My career has taken me to some pretty cool places. I've been incredibly lucky to toe starting lines all over the East Coast, the U.S., and Internationally across every discipline of the sport and I draw from these experiences to help improve your skills and fitness. Wherever you are right now, chances are I've been there too and worked my way through it.
My focus as a coach is helping you see improvement as a mountain biker. Mountain bike racing is unique in that it requires a complete rider. There's skills. And there's fitness. Having too much of one without the other can leave you stranded. Striking the balance between the two is when the magic happens.
My approach is simple. I develop personalized weekly schedules based on your goals, riding experience, and availability. Constant communication allows daily adjustments to be made accordingly.
